Terms of Use — InvitePro Tickets
Updated: 23 September 2026
These terms govern the use of InvitePro Tickets, [Company legal name]'s service for selling and checking event tickets. By opening an account or buying a ticket you accept them.
1. The service
InvitePro Tickets lets an organiser publish an event, ticket types and payment instructions, take orders, issue QR tickets and scan them at the door. InvitePro is not the organiser of any event and is not responsible for the event itself.
2. Organiser accounts
Organisers give accurate business details, keep their password safe and are responsible for everything their team does in the account.
3. Buyer payments
Buyers pay the organiser directly using the methods the organiser sets. The organiser confirms payments and issues tickets. InvitePro does not receive or hold ticket money.
4. InvitePro fee
InvitePro charges a small fee per issued ticket from the organiser's prepaid wallet, at the prices shown on the pricing page. There is no monthly fee. The fee for a ticket voided before the event starts goes back to the wallet. SMS and WhatsApp messages are paid from the same wallet.
5. Refunds
Ticket refunds follow the organiser's own policy, shown on the sales page. Refund requests and postponement questions go to the organiser. An unused wallet balance may be refunded under our payment policy.
6. Tickets
Each ticket has a unique QR code and is admitted once. Buyers should keep their ticket link private: anyone holding the ticket can use it.
7. Prohibited use
You may not sell tickets for unlawful events, mislead buyers, send unwanted messages or try to break the security of the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it is error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid InvitePro in the previous three months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
